Fundraiser roles

WE'RE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR TALENTED FUNDRAISERS WHO ARE AS PASSIONATE AND DEDICATED AS WE ARE

Apply now

Our team of experienced fundraisers share our values. This is key at The Professional Fundraiser: we’re one big happy family, and the right behaviours and attitudes are more important to us than how good a salesperson you might be. Part of that ‘fit’ is our focus on quality and we’ll never compromise on delivering excellence – day in, day out.

In turn we give our fundraisers a high degree of trust, independence and autonomy. You’ll love working with us, appreciate our support, respect and the way we collaborate with you to achieve success.

Reimbursement of expenses

From car parking and mileage to hotel accommodation and evening meals – we're generous when it comes to reimbursing expenses to ensure you're not out of pocket.

Flexible working

Full-time or part-time, early or late starts – the choice is yours. We don’t set start and finish times: we only ask that you work 8 hours per day on site, including breaks.

Performance-related pay

Our high standards are reflected by our pay structure, one of the most competitive in the sector and that allow on target earnings of £50k per year.

Company vehicle

If you're working outdoors, we can supply a fully expensed van to help transport gazebos and other equipment, all to make life as a fundraiser as easy as possible.

Close to home or far away

We’ll aim to accommodate your needs as best we can: we ask you to be willing to travel up to an hour each way, but we’ll never ask you to work further afield if you don’t want to.

TRAINING

Our training is modular and bespoke to each fundraiser’s experience. You’ll learn through both face-to-face and online sessions; and take part in a four-day residential induction before being supported in the field by an experienced fundraiser or coach. Further training and refresher sessions are held throughout the year.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Help is on hand whenever you need it. A dedicated venue planner is just a phone call away who’ll ensure you’re provided with quality fundraising venues suited to you. Out in the field one of our Relationship Managers will support you and make sure you have everything you need.

INTERESTED?

If you’ve the relevant personality and experience, we’d love to hear from you – Joe and Millie in our recruitment team will guide you through our recruitment and onboarding process, and you could soon be fundraising face-to-face on behalf of one of our amazing charity partners.
