Your Reputation, Represented Properly.
Face-to-face fundraising happens publicly, which means reputation is shaped publicly too. Every conversation, every interaction, and every first impression contributes to how a charity is experienced in the real world. That responsibility sits at the absolute centre of how we operate.
Representation is a responsibility
Every fundraiser who represents your organisation carries far more than a campaign target. They carry your name, your values, and the public perception of your cause in environments where trust is formed quickly and remembered long afterwards.
We take that responsibility seriously. Protection of brand, tone, and public trust is never treated as a secondary consideration within our campaigns. It shapes how we recruit, how we train, how we communicate, and how we lead teams in the field every day.

Private Site Fundraising
Private site fundraising creates meaningful opportunities to connect charities with new supporters in trusted, high-footfall locations. Through genuine, face-to-face conversations, we inspire lasting commitment while ensuring every interaction reflects your charity's values.
From securing exceptional venues to delivering expertly managed campaigns, we take care of every detail. The result is a seamless fundraising experience that builds sustainable supporter relationships and long-term impact.
Built around long-term value
Our approach is deliberately measured. We prioritise long-term donor quality over short-term acquisition volume, because sustainable growth is always more valuable than inflated numbers that fail to hold over time.
Every fundraiser within TPF is a direct part of our internal team. We do not subcontract the representation of our charity partners, because maintaining standards requires absolute consistency, visibility, and a shared culture across every level of our organisation.

Structured carefully, managed closely
Professional fundraising relies on far more than strong conversations in the field. The quality of a campaign is shaped long before it becomes visible publicly. Each stage of our service is designed to support this rigorous process.
Campaign Design
Every partnership begins with clarity. Together, we define realistic performance expectations, sustainable growth pacing, regional and demographic priorities, and volume thresholds that protect quality. Campaign locations are mapped carefully based on footfall, audience suitability, environmental factors, and long-term viability before activity begins.

Training & Onboarding
We run dedicated workshops for training our fundraising teams on your campaign, with frequent refresher training so that your charity is represented to the highest standard. New fundraisers are often on frequent inductions with us at Church Farm, learning everything from the details surrounding your charity's campaign, to compliance and fundraising tech, so that your mission is represented properly.

Live Campaign Management
Our systems are set up to provide live, curated data on your campaigns, so that you're never left guessing how well your campaign is performing with us. We are an extension of your team, and check in with you frequently to assess campaign performance.

Reporting, Insight & Reviews
Our Partnerships Team is always working in tandem with our Site Acquisition Team to ensure that reporting is accurate, insight into campaign performance is maintained for the best possible outcomes. Our data and campaign performance is frequently reviewed to ensure that they are operating at their fullest potential.

Partnerships Team
Strong partnerships rely on open communication, swift responsiveness, and people who remain closely connected to the work as campaigns evolve. Our client success team provides that essential continuity.
From onboarding and campaign planning to performance reviews and operational support, you will work directly with experienced leaders who understand both the strategic and practical sides of face-to-face fundraising.
We are a sole private site fundraising agency and stay true to what we know and what we do best. We do not undertake door-to-door or street fundraising.
No, we do not.
Yes, we have an in-house team of welcome callers that are warmly welcoming new supporters on behalf of our charity partners.
We work with charities that have a national reach, rather than smaller local organisations, and also those whose work is domestically located rather than overseas. This is where our expertise and specialism lies.
Due to the nature of F2F fundraising, and the long-term nature of our partnerships, most of our clients invest a minimum of £1m in their F2F activities with us. We ensure a generous ROI, and have models in place that ensure budget is used to its maximum potential. Get in touch with us to learn more!
We’re invested in long-term partnerships with our charity clients that span many years, and seek to work with them throughout the year to ensure the best quality venues and best quality supporters. We do not run short time-sensitive campaigns.
