Meaningful conversations, meaningful careers.
Professional fundraising is not easy work, and it should not be presented as though it is. It requires resilience, composure, emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate confidently with people you have never met before. It asks you to perform publicly, stay consistent under pressure, and represent national charities with total professionalism in fast-moving environments.
Find the path that supports you
Whether you are looking to build a long-term career or step into a high-energy seasonal role, the standard of excellence remains identical.
Two routes, one standard.
Setting you up for success from day one
When you join one of our partner campaigns, you are not simply handed a lanyard and sent on your way. Training takes place on-site at our countryside offices in Bedfordshire, where you will receive the information, context, and practical skills needed to represent both The Professional Fundraiser and your chosen charity partner with confidence and precision.
We take compliance and representation seriously, and your training reflects that. You will leave with a clear understanding of your responsibilities in the field and everything you need to begin performing well from the outset.
Our dedicated site acquisition team will then work directly with you to schedule and confirm locations that fit your timetable, geography, and preferences, so you always know exactly where you are headed and feel prepared before you arrive.

Don't just take our word for it
Independent in the field, never on your own.
While our fundraisers operate independently in the field, they are never isolated. Our fundraising network is backed by a dedicated backstage support team handling site bookings, logistics and technology. You'll never be left unsure, or without support, our backstage team is always waiting in the wings.
Field Leadership Team
Strong partnerships rely on open communication, swift responsiveness, and people who remain closely connected to the work as campaigns evolve. Our Field Leadership Team provides that essential continuity. We’re always visible, understanding of issues on the ground, and have many years of fundraising experience.
From onboarding and campaign planning to performance reviews and operational support, you will work directly with experienced leaders who understand both the strategic and practical sides of face-to-face fundraising.
We run frequent inductions and training sessions, so you’re never having to wait long from the point of application to starting with us out in the field.
We’re an agency with national reach. We fundraise across England, Scotland, and the whole of the UK. However, we do not cover Northern Ireland.
Yes, we have a dedicated Scottish team, and operate in Scotland on behalf of Scottish-focused charities as well as charities that fundraise across the whole of the UK.
We match audience demographic at venues to the demographic of the charity’s supporters. Over 90% of our venues are paid sites, we operate in retail environments, and have a long-standing relationship with many shows/exhibitions attending over 1300 venues per year.
As the number of supporters you recruit per day increases, your pay per supporter increases too. The better your donor quality and fewer cancellations, the more of your pay you keep, and our quality bonus paid quarterly is paid at a higher rate, the lower your cancellation rate is.
Weekend premiums, quality bonuses, incentives and additional days are available via our app.
Your schedule is set as an employed fundraiser, while self-employed fundraisers have the flexibility to decide where and when to work. Our site acquisition team helps our fundraisers to create their fundraising schedules.
For the best opportunities, we encourage you to work weekends, and for employed fundraisers we offer a weekend premium as a way to boost your earnings; however we strive for a positive work life balance and a schedule that works for you.
As a trusted agency in the sector, we seek candidates with demonstrable experience operating at a high level, however we seek those with similar sales experience from outside of the sector with the transferable skills needed.
Our Field Sales Managers are available at any time during working hours to assist you, and our IT team is always on standby should you need assistance with your gear, you’re never on your own.
Become a part of the team.
We welcome both experienced and aspiring fundraisers. If our ethics align with your career compass, let’s have a conversation.
