Account Manager (Partnerships Executive)
We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive and people-oriented Account Manager to become the trusted, day-to-day senior contact for a portfolio of our charity partners.
At The Professional Fundraiser, we are proud to be one of the UK’s leading face-to-face fundraising agencies. Our charity partners include some of the UK’s largest charities; including the Royal British Legion, Prostate Cancer UK, and Cats Protection.
Our team of fundraisers shape how supporters experience and understand charitable missions, creating meaningful connections and inspiring people to become long-term supporters.
We are a people-first agency. For us, work is about much more than hitting targets; it’s about making every single touchpoint with our clients, team, and the public a unique experience that is unlike any other.
We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive and people-oriented Account Manager to become the trusted, day-to-day senior contact for a portfolio of our charity partners.
In this role, you’ll lead client meetings, bring campaign data to life through quarterly reporting, act as our quality gatekeeper, and champion seamless cross-team collaboration to deliver forecasted results.
You’ll join our small yet efficient Partnerships Hub, reporting directly to the Partnerships Manager. You don’t need a background in fundraising to thrive here. What we value most in your skillset is a natural talent for building warm, trusted relationships, your sharp commercial mind, and your dedication to delivering a standout client experience.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to keep everyone aligned around client goals.
- Compliance & Training Support: Assist with compliance initiatives (like mystery shops and complaint resolutions) with empathy and efficiency, and help align client-led training schedules.

- Strategic Workshops: Contribute energy and ideas to internal client days, strategy workshops, and planning sessions alongside the Partnerships Manager
- Insightful Prep: Prepare compelling insights and presentation materials grounded in real campaign trends and learnings.
